Unit orders will normally ship within 3 business days of receipt of order. Shipping by 3-business-day express or priority mail service, and taxes where applicable, are included in the unit cost. Institutions may contact us prior to placing orders in quantity for special shipping arrangements, and to inquire for volume price discounts. We will ship to a physical address only; we do not ship to a post office box. The products are warranted to be free of defect upon delivery, excluding shipping damage. You may return a defective product for exchange only. All returns must be requested in writing within 3 business days of receipt of item.

NOTICE REGARDING DIGITAL MEDIA COMPATIBILITY

Since year 2002, major manufacturers have been producing DVD and CD players that recognize more than one contemporary industry format for digital media. Published industry reports indicate that the vast majority of contemporary name brand equipment, and many older models as well, will correctly recognize DVD-R and CD-R media. Some previous technology, discontinued, and portable players, however, may not recognize all formats of DVD and CD media. PLEASE CHECK THE DOCUMENTATION OF YOUR PLAYER. We normally provide our video and audio presentations on high-quality DVD-R and CD-R media. You may also contact us by e-mail for special order DVD+R or NTSC VHS video-tape. We do not accept cancelled or returned orders based upon media format compatibility. If you require a different media type after you have already placed an order, an additional ten-dollar ($10) charge will be assessed to cancel your pending shipment or process your return, and to replace the item with your special order alternate selection.
